We strive for fast, careful shipping using environmentally responsible and reusable packaging. Every piece is handmade, so please review our processing and delivery details below before you order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to assemble, package, and ship your order before it leaves our studio. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates shown below. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking where available.
Free Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at no cost. You can collect your order in person at our studio inside the Public Works Art Center, Studio 3, 135 West Richardson Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483.
To choose this option, select Local Pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 3 business days. Please wait for that ready notification before coming by, and bring your order confirmation when you pick up. Pickups are available during studio hours, Wednesday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Shipping Options, Estimated Delivery, and Costs

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Please Note
- Order processing may take up to 3 business days before shipment.
- Shipping times may be affected by observed holidays and inclement weather.
- Expedited and Express shipping are not available for PO Boxes or APO and FPO addresses.
- Free shipping is not available for influencer or friends and family orders.
- Depending on weight, your package will ship via UPS or USPS.
- Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to standard shipping only unless stated otherwise.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email where the carrier provides one. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will help however we can.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
