Every piece we make is handmade and one of a kind, drafted from independent designer patterns rather than mass-produced sizing. That means your body measurements, not a size label, are the truest guide to your fit. Use the chart below as your starting point, and remember that many of our pieces are designed with a relaxed, flowing silhouette meant to move with you.

How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over your undergarments, keeping the tape snug but not tight.

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, just above your belly button.
• Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.

Because each piece is handmade, finished measurements may vary slightly by up to one to two inches. If you need a size beyond this range, ask us. We love creating custom.

Relaxed and One-Size Pieces

Many of our kimonos, dusters, and peplums are designed with an open, flowing fit that flatters a wide range of sizes. Headwraps, bonnets, and most jewelry are one size and adjustable. When a specific piece runs differently, the fit details are noted right on its product page.

Upcycled Blazers

Our upcycled blazers are reworked from quality men's blazers, most often large and extra large, then reimagined in Ankara. Because each one begins with a different garment, every blazer is truly one of a kind and is intended to wear with a relaxed, elevated, slightly oversized silhouette.
