Zuriel Kingdom Collections, LLC Return and Exchange Policy

At Zuriel Kingdom Collections, LLC ("ZKC," "we," "us," or "our"), every piece is handmade and one of a kind. Because of this, please review our policy carefully before you order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. All sales are final. The only exceptions are exchanges that meet the conditions below, and items that arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, email us at admin@zurielkingdomcollections.shop within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number. Because our items are one of a kind and handcrafted, the same item is often not available, so we cannot guarantee an exact exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• unused and unworn
• folded the same way you received it
• in the same condition in which it arrived

Once your exchange is approved, we will send you an invoice for the cost of shipping the item back to you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@zurielkingdomcollections.shop with your order number and clear photos of the damage, and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days.

How to Start an Exchange

Email admin@zurielkingdomcollections.shop within 7 days of receipt with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping anything back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
