Are items ready to wear? Many of our items are ready to made, however our model is slow fashion and there are items made upon order.
If a custom item is placed what is the turn around time? Normal turn around time is based on the following factors: How many pieces, time frame of selection of fabric, measurement intake and detail of work required.
Are custom items refundable? Custom items are not eligible for a refund.
Do you make earrings for special occasions ie; weddings, sorority, special parties and branding for a company? Yes
Do you sell wholesale orders? Yes, consultations are required for wholesale orders.
Do you do consignment partnerships? Yes.
Do you provide alteration services? Yes, a consultation is required to ensure that the work needed is within a reasonable scope.
